Lifetime Warranty for Insights Outdoors™

Thank you for your interest in the products of Insights Outdoors (“Insights Outdoors”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from https://insightsoutdoors.com (the "Physical Goods").

The Insights branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Insights Warranty Department, 30 Waterworks Rd. Guntersville, AL 35976 with an approved RA Number. Insights is not responsible for shipping to and from the owner of the pack for warranty claims. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Insights will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Warranty Claims are subjected to inventory availability, and replacement items could take several months to be replaced.
