LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES
The Insights branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to frogg toggs Warranty Department, 131 Sundown Drive NW Arab, AL 35016 with an approved RMA Number. Insights is not responsible for shipping to and from the owner of the pack for warranty claims. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Insights will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Warranty Claims are subjected to inventory availability, and replacement items could take several months to be replaced.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that you will not always order the right thing and sometimes someone else orders the wrong item. That is why as long as you contact us with your request for return or exchange request within 30 consecutive days after the order was placed, we will process your request and return your funds (less any shipping costs). Insights will not be refund any shipping cost to or from our warehouse. Insights will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. We will only accept returns or exchanges from those who purchased directly from our site. Please note, in order to receive a refund, your return item must be in a like new condition, and must be shipped on or before the 30th day after your order was placed. Any items shipped after will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.
