Return Policy

We understand that you will not always order the right thing and sometimes someone else orders the wrong item. That is why as long as you contact us with your request for return or exchange request within 45 consecutive days after the order was placed, we will process your request and return your funds (less any shipping costs).

To make returns easier, we offer the option to add Checkout+/ Free Returns at checkout for a small upfront fee. Free Returns covers your return shipping, so there are no additional label fees when sending an item back. Please note:
- Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, and it will not be included in any store credit or refund amount.
- Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
- If coverage was not selected at checkout, you'll still start your return through the same returns portal below, you'll just be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Insights will not refund any shipping costs to or from our warehouse. Insights will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Please note, in order to receive a refund, your return item must be in a like new condition, and must be shipped on or before the 45th day after your order was placed. Any items shipped after will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.
